For this video, either:
1. Comment 1 question
OR
2. Comment something that interested you about these memes and state WHY it interests you. Do not just say "I thought that one part was interesting."
Next, you will respond to someone else's comment on this post. Try to focus on the rhetorical situation and consider the fact that these are memes of TV shows. Do they misrepresent the show? If so, how? Is it a good adaptation? etc.
In response to Antonio, my favorite was the bear grills one in the mcdonalds play pins.
The office memes are all funny and can reach pretty much every audience.
Do you think memes can be used for marketing purposes?
What elements do you think these meme worthy scenes have in common?
In response to Briana, I do think these memes could be used as a form of free advertisement broadening the reach of the show.
Q1. Do you think a meme has a big influence on blowing a show up.
in response to jack the best one is the office oh god no.
Memes are great for whatever moment but it depends because if you don't get the screen of the event then you probably wont get the meme.
Are memes one of your favorite jokes?
in response to jack i would go with the memes from the office its so funny.
An aspect of this video that I found quite interesting is the examples that watchmojo decided to use. From my understanding, there were many other meme examples that they could've used that were much funnier. Then again, I'm not very well versed in the world of memes.
In response to Leemor's question: I think the TV/Movie genre produces many unforgettable scenes by chance. However, it is the creator of the meme that chose to use a specific freeze frame for whatever meme they desired to create. The popularity of the memes stems from the absurdity that they suggest. Which is why many memes really don't make any sense, but they still make you laugh.
